About this experience
If you don't have a boat licence, our self-drive morning trip is ideal for you. This 30 HP boat accommodates up to six passengers and is equipped with a sunroof for shade during the hot Santorinian summer mornings.
Simple and easy to drive, our team will give you the necessary briefing before you set off — jump aboard and be your own captain for the morning, choosing the most beautiful spots to stop and swim along Santorini's volcanic coastline.
Optional add-ons available: Insurance (+€30) and a Captain/Skipper (+€150) if you'd prefer someone else to drive.
Itinerary
Arrive at Akrotiri Red Beach at 09:00 and meet your host.
Safety briefing and driving tutorial on board.
Set off and explore the coastline at your own pace.
Stop to swim and snorkel wherever you like.
Return the boat to Akrotiri Red Beach by 13:00.

Pick-up information
We will send you a message with the exact location and time for the pick-up after the booking. The pick-up happens with a mini bus, at least one hour before the start time of the cruise, and the pick-up location might be a short walking distance from your hotel.
Cruise ship guests visiting Santorini
Most tender boats drop you off at the Old Port of Fira, but we can't pick you up from there since there is no road access. You will need to take the cable car to reach our office in Fira and be there at least one hour before the start of our sailing cruise. Let us know what time the tender starts and gets back to your cruise ship — we need to make sure you have enough time to return.
Swimming information
We do not drop you off at any beach. The Hot Springs are rather warm and the water temperature varies per season. To reach the Hot Springs you need to swim about 100m of open water.
Vessel, duration & itinerary
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the route due to bad weather, or to use an equivalent vessel based on availability. Cruise duration may also vary throughout the season to align with sunset times.
